In the fall of 2024, Jarrell ISD put out a call for parents, staff, and stakeholders to participate in the Attendance Zone Committee. In preparation for the opening of Jarrell Ranch Middle School, the district has to examine and update its attendance zones. The committee was given a timeline and will meet several times over the next few months. We will update this page when there are developments, so please check back.

October 30, 2024: The committee's first meeting. After careful consideration, the committee landed on the following points:
-Feeder Schools
-Traffic Patterns/Transportation
-Subdivisions (Keeping them together when possible.)
-Programming
